About Me
Hi! I'm Laura, and I when I'm feeling kind of down or anxious, I like to cook and bake. The process of making something tasty helps me to feel better. Along with eating the goodies! So this blog is going to include some of my favorite go-to-recipes for when I'm feeling stressed, and it will also include some information about ways we can use food to help improve our mood. I'm currently working on my Masters in counseling psychology, and I know that the foods we eat help fight off depression and anxiety disorders as well as contribute to them.
